Bisnode holds a market-leading position in Denmark, but industry consolidation resulted in overlapping products on different platforms. To address this, Bisnode decided to unify its products under a single platform, Bisnode Profiler.
Bisnode is one of Europe’s leading data and analytics companies, operating in 19 countries with 2,100 employees. The company specializes in collecting and refining business, personal, and property data from both public and private sources. By leveraging smart data, Bisnode enables customers to make intelligent, data-driven decisions.
The new solution features a responsive design, incorporating advanced graphics and interactive charts to visualize data effectively. Complex functions, such as audience segmentation, are built using AngularJS, ensuring an app-like experience for users.
The platform is scalable across all Bisnode markets and includes a content management system for managing language variants and guidance texts. This applies to both standardized solutions and customized (whitelabel) products, where Bisnode delivers tailored solutions to individual clients.
We were responsible for the architecture, Optimizely (formerly Episerver) implementation, and data integration.

Bisnode chose Optimizely for its ability to support a service-oriented architecture while providing editor-friendly tools. Optimizely manages data presentation in a responsive design, ensuring controlled user access and module permissions.
Since its launch in 2016, Bisnode Profiler has successfully replaced previous products, serving 250+ companies without noticeable customer loss—one of the key risks in the migration.
The next phase involves migrating an additional 600+ companies. Once fully rolled out, over 4,000 Danish businesses will be using Bisnode Profiler.
The success of the Danish rollout has been so significant that other Bisnode markets are now planning to adopt the solution, generating major synergy effects across the group.
We supported Bisnode in implementing Bisnode Profiler as the first phase of a Nordic product platform based on Optimizely. The collaboration was highly integrated, with Immeo’s consultants working on-site with Bisnode’s business owners. This significantly improved workflow quality and accelerated knowledge sharing.
